I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, especially considering how comfortable and well-maintained the room was. The location was perfect, with a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants right next door. The staff treated me like royalty, from Heather in Sales who showed me my room, to the friendly and welcoming Kimberly and Richelle at the Front Desk. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
The only small improvement that could be made is regarding the breakfast offerings.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Detroit for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The lobby and public rooms were beautiful, and the restaurant was lovely. The staff, from Heather in Sales to Kimberly and Richelle at the Front Desk, were friendly, welcoming, and very kind. The queen beds were the best I've ever had anywhere, and the overall comfort of my stay was top-notch. Additionally, the hotel honored our original reservation quote and went above and beyond by mailing me my forgotten iPhone charger. The hotel was truly special.
I do recommend this hotel.
