The staff members were very friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with quick access to nearby attractions and entertainment options. Additionally, the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great perks that made our trip more enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. The carpets were stained and worn, and housekeeping seemed to be lacking. Additionally, there was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallways, which was concerning since there were children present. while we appreciated some aspects of our stay, there were certainly areas for improvement in terms of cleanliness and overall atmosphere.

Our recent city trip was great, and we definitely enjoyed our hotel experience. Two complementary facts offered were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The central location allowed for easy access to all the main attractions, and the comfortable beds kept us well-rested for our adventures. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few drawbacks to the hotel. The decor and facilities could use some updating, and some areas looked worn down. Additionally, the ice machine on our floor was out of service, which was inconvenient. Lastly, the adjoining room setup felt a bit outdated and potentially unsafe for solo travelers. However, these issues did not significantly impact our overall positive experience at this hotel.

If you want to visit The Henry Ford Museum, you should stay here. Decent base for a city trip in Dearborn! The hotel was situated in front of the Michigan bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance.

The swimming pool and the sauna. I enjoyed everything about this hotel: location and comfort.

The location perfectly suited our travel plans. Being close to a major mall and the Amtrac station was a bonus. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
We expected to have a fridge in our room and were disappointed to discover that we did not.

old fashioned out dated style. a lot should be done to update rooms.

High Priced Room. WiFI has to be paid for. Staff not intrested in customer service. The only intrest is in charging customers for as much as possible. I will not stay there again when in town on buisness.
Poor Customer Service. WiFi $9.99 per day. No bathrobes. Noisy.

Proximity to sites, shopping and restaurants.
Once past the lobby it felt a little forlorn, although clean. The facade needs some clean up.

They were very accommodating for our need that they gave us a room away from the convention crowd. It was the best room at the top level of the building. I appreciated their sensitivity for our needs.
Restaurant served a good food and enjoyed it very much but no liquor license. I wanted to have some wine with my wife, but it was not possible. I did not find it out until we were seated and order was ready to be taken. I wish there was a sign or statement on alcohol unavailability. I hope they obtain the license in near future so that we may go back to the same hotel.

Everyone - including the housekeeping staff - was friendly and glad we had come and hoped we would come back. When we checked in and shared that it was our 30th wedding anniversary the hotel graciously gave us a room upgrade at no charge! Thank you for making our weekend so special. We felt like a King and Queen.
The price of room service was a little steep.

I liked my room. I liked the cafeteria style restaurant. I liked the coffee shop for morning hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls.
How slow the elevators were.
